Berlin Mitte
Three units. An uncompromising standard. The anatomy of a transformation.
From raw shell
to design icon
What you see here is more than a renovation. It's a value chain. We took "ground zero" dusty concrete, exposed brickwork, raw pipework and used it as our canvas.
The floor: Classic oak herringbone parquet, laid at a 45-degree angle to emphasise the generous proportions of the Berlin rooms.
The curation: The bold transition from warm wood straight into the precise geometry of the bathroom tiles. No transition strips, no compromises. Just craftsmanship, perfected.
The result: Three units that aren't simply "furnished" they tell their own story.

If you have the shell, we deliver the concept, the execution and the management. Let's talk about your property in Prenzlauer Berg or beyond.”
