Positive: Die Lage war für uns sehr gut und es war sehr ruhig. Es war auch ein Bäcker gegenüber und um die Ecke ein EDEKA Laden.

Schöne Wohnung aber ein paar Einschränkungen
Positive: Eine nette Wohnung mit gut ausgestattet Küche. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich.Gute Lage mit gutem Bäcker gegenüber.
Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert.
Negative: Leider verläuft ein Rohr im Schlafzimmer, welches dauerhaft Geräusche macht. Entweder man toleriert es oder kauft Oropax.
In der Küche blinkt ein Melder an der Wand alle paar Sekunden. Leider sieht man das auch im Schlafzimmer. Evtl kann das der Gastgeber mal abkleben.

Negative: Zustand mittelmässig.Keine Küchenhandtücher.Heizung hat im Schlafzimmer niicht funktioniert.
