What you see here is more than a renovation. It is a value chain. We used the „zero“ state—dusty concrete, exposed masonry, raw pipes—as a canvas.
The floor: Classic oak herringbone parquet, laid at a 45° angle, which emphasizes the spaciousness of the Berlin rooms.
The curation: The bold transition from warm wood directly into the precise geometry of the bathroom tiles. No trims, no compromises – just artisanal perfection.
The result: Three units that are not only „furnished,“ but tell a story of their own.
